Motivation
Layer2 are a very interesting space in the blockchain industry, with significant R&D and bringing new use cases closer to mass adoption. DAO are a new way to organise work. Some of them struggle with finding the right people to decentralise their organisation. We have seen a few high profile hacks due to compromised keys and too much centralisation. This approach by Arbitrum seems to be what the market needs.
Experience
9 years in the blockchain industry. Running my own blockchain security audit and product development company since 2015. No security audit clients were ever hacked. Multi blockchain, Solidity, Rust, Golang, C++, Java/Kotlin, MPC. Recent work includes DGLD digital gold (Coinshares JV), Ref.Finance (largest DEX on NEAR), Q.org (on-chain governance framework), Qredo (MPC decentralised custody tech), Nexus Mutual (decentralised insurance), etc. Previously worked 8-10 years in the semiconductor industry on mass market smartphones and digital TV products including ChromeCast, GoogleTV, ARM TrustZone, SecureBoot, Android System Development.
