Candidate Profile

I am committed to governance integrity, transparency and auditability as well as the growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem. I'm familiar with the requirements of the position—I wrote Tally's docs on Arbitrum Security Council and I serve as a Governance Guardian at Moonwell DAO (a version of a Security Council).

During my tenure at Tally and as Content Lead at Index Coop, I've gained extensive knowledge about onchain governance and its ecosystem, particularly regarding Layer 2s. My decade-long journey in the crypto industry, three of those years dedicated full-time, equips me with a profound understanding of the onchain governance ecosystem and blockchain functionality.

I have hands-on experience in risk management and DAO protection: as a multi-sig signer for metagovernance transactions at Index Coop and as Governance Guardian at Moonwell, a role similar to the requirements of a Security Council member. Additionally, I serve as a delegate at Moonwell assessing intricate risk management proposals which influence the Moonwell DAO's safety and operations. I have and will take emergency action when needed—I am accustomed to making quick, important decisions about the DAO.

I am enthusiastic about opportunities to leverage my expertise for projects in the DAO ecosystem. My diverse experience as a researcher, delegate, guardian, and user uniquely positions me to safeguard Arbitrum against technical and political challenges.

Credible neutrality is important and user sovereignty is paramount. As a Security Council member, I will do all that I can to uphold these principles while ensuring that Arbitrum remains at the forefront of secure and progressive blockchain governance.
