Hari
CEO @ Spearbit / Cantina
Motivation
I've been vocal about how security councils or security multisigs should operate (see: https://x.com/search?q=from%3A_hrkrshnn%20multisig) and would like to be part of the Arbitrum Security Council.
Experience
I have deep expertise in Ethereum, EVM, and Solidity because of my previous role as a compiler engineer, building the Solidity compiler at the Ethereum Foundation.
I'm one of the founders of Spearbit / Cantina, a leading security company that works with customers such as Coinbase and Uniswap. Because of that, I'm deeply familiar with the security landscape, particularly on emerging threats affecting crypto organizations. Our customers have some of the most hardened codebases in the world.
I've been involved in several operational and security multi-sigs. In particular, Spearbit is a public signer on zkSync's security council.
Skills
Cybersecurity
My previous role (building Solidilty) required me to take security really seriously. A security bug in the compiler can lead to billions in losses. Solidity has zero known compiler bugs found on deployed code in the mainnet.
I currently run one of the leading security companies in crypto. We deeply understand emerging bugs and threats for blockchains, especially an L2 like Arbitrum. We also have access to 150+ vetted security researchers with vast collective security knowledge in blockchains and beyond.
Projects
I exclusively work for Spearbit / Cantina.
However, the company works with several customers in crypto. Here's a non-exhaustive list of our customers: https://cantina.xyz/our-customers. On conflicts of interest, we work with nearly every L2s or L1s. But I believe, in this context, this is a net positive.
