Sushi Head of Operations

Individual

Motivation

Having been a part of Sushi from the start, I have been a part of our multi-chain expansion and was here for our original deployment of the protocol on Arbitrum (at block #70). With that, Sushi and myself hold high regards for the future of Arbitrum to which I'm motivated to help contribute where I think I can best serve the DAO by being a part of the Arbitrum Security Council. With my relevant experience working in DeFi from 2020 to now, I believe I can be helpful part of the Security Council bringing my experience managing gnosis safes and following best practices with them.

Experience

As Head of Operations at Sushi from the beginning, the main part of that job has been to manage our operations multisig on gnosis safe and across many chains. I have the relevant experience doing so and can bring the skillset that comes from building tools, scripts, etc. for gnosis safe to the Security Council. Alongside this experience, I am also a Core Dev at Sushi and have the relevant experience working with our smart contracts, subgraphs, and occasional UI work. A wearer of many hats so with that I believe I can pickup whatever tasks are needed from myself while being on the Security Council.

I also have 5+ years of experience being in crypto, and working with smart contracts / being an active user of Ethereum from early on. I know how to parse what's going on on-chain, and know what best practices are when it comes to managing a multisig wallet. I also have experience dealing with the nuances of gnosis safes and can help with whatever issues may come up while being on the council.

Overall I think I bring a lot of the relevant experience needed for being a part of the Arbitrum Security Council, and do hope to help contribute in the future push for further decentralization of the Arb DAO.
