Indie game dev & BspaceIND DAO
Motivation
This role carries a high significance, entrusted with safeguarding the security of ethereum's most prominent scaling solution. I believe the council already consists of big and prominent security names in the space. As a candidate, my motivation to become a member stems from my ability to act decisively and being available in the need of the hour. I'm fairly technical, but have a thorough understanding of the Arbitrum ecosystem and I believe that my dedication aligns with this objective. Being based in India, I also see this as an opportunity to safeguard a signer against geo influence (or instability) which is usually concentrated in specific parts of the globe. Arbitrum stands at the forefront of the rollup revolution and has a healthy and vibrant ecosystem, being a part of the security council would be a privilege. Since the role requires being available in the need of the hour, enough technical understanding of (probable) security concerns, being able to use multisig and being available legally when required. I feel I'm confident in taking up the role if entrusted. Lastly, if elected, I'd pledge 10% of my security council member pay to either GiveDirectly.org or Giveth. I would love to avail any opportunity to be a part of this journey and contribute to its evolution.
Experience
Have managed a small event based DAO treasury. Practiced high level of security while I worked at a patent research firm. Frequent Gnosis (safe) user and have a mediocre understanding of web3 security. I keep Ancilia, Peckshield, and a few others on active alerts for my own and associated wallets, in case of an emergency.
Skills
Cybersecurity
(Average) Managed a DAO treasury, have also previously worked at a patent research firm where we practiced it strictly. General on chain awareness and experience using safe.
Projects
