Since its 2021 debut, Arbitrum has showcased significant advancements within its ecosystem, highlighting notable projects like GMX and TreasureDAO. On the innovation front, Arbitrum has been a trailblazer, rolling out the inaugural fraud proof mechanism with bisection tailored for optimistic rollups. Moreover, Arbitrum introduced Stylus to facilitate WASM support. With such cutting-edge features in the pipeline, there's an undeniable demand for adept security professionals in the council. These individuals need to be well-versed in rapidly deciphering intricate designs and specs, and must be ready to tackle emergent challenges head-on.

In my capacity as a seasoned security and blockchain researcher, I've delved deep into diverse security protocols, identifying and reporting vulnerabilities to CVE(https://jiayaoqi.com/). My efforts have garnered acknowledgment from tech behemoths like Google and Apple, and I've secured accolades at premier tech symposiums such as CCS and Usenix Security. As a driving force behind blockchain scalability initiatives, I bring to the table a robust expertise in protocol design, review, and development. I've been pivotal in guiding projects through the intricacies of Arbitrum Orbit chain launches.

As part of the ecosystem, I'll be very happy to be involved in the council, to help secure the Arbitrum and grow the ecosystem with my experience and resources, further to scale Ethereum in a permissionless and secure manner.

• Have been in blockchain research of scaling solutions (like rollup, multi chain, sharding) for over 7 years.
• Deep understanding of Arbitrum One/Nova/Orbit's design and thread models.
• Have been providing Orbit stack for game/nft/defi projects and quite experienced in setting up the environment for projects.
• Doing research and engineering on computer security since 2012 and published several top-tier conference papers on CCS, Usenix Security, etc.
• Actively involved with blockchain community since 2017 for various top projects.
• Actively engaged with Arbitrum eco projects and help them on various aspects.
• Very experienced in reviewing treasury/DAO proposals and handling gnosis safe wallets.
