Motivation

I would like to contribute to the success of Ethereum Layer 2s. I believe I have relevant experience and time available for the Arbitrum Security Council.

Experience

I am on the Incentives Management Committee for Rocket Pool, which involves regular review and signing of transactions from the committee's Safe for our liquidity incentive programs. I have also received grants and bounties from Rocket Pool for various projects including RocketArb (smart contract and tooling/frontend to arbitrage a difference in protocol and market price of rocket ether), RocketSlippage (data collection and frontend for liquidity of rocket ether across various markets), RocketSplit (smart contract withdrawal address for Rocket Pool nodes enabling two parties to share a node where one provides ETH and the other provides RPL when neither wants the exposure to the other asset), RocketTree (independent implementation of the rewards Merkle tree specification, to protect against errors in the main implementation), and many others in progress. I have also worked on small projects for the Ethereum Foundation such as the initial prototype of the C-KZG-4844 library, and code for testing network performance under load from very large block sizes.
